Villa Panamericana is a small village build for the 1991 Pan American Games (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1991_Pan_American_Games ). After the games, the homes were given to people of Cuba. It’s near the well-known Cojimar, a village which inspired Hemingway for his novel, the Old Man and the Sea.
